We ship directly from our partner workshops in Shenzhen, Nanning and Haikou. All cues and accessories come from verified brands such as Cuetec, Lucasi, JFlowers, O'min, LP, Cuelees and others — no middlemen or replicas.

Orders usually ship within 48–72 hours to our forwarder. Average delivery: 7–15 days Asia, 7–15 days Europe/US, 10–18 days Africa or GCC. Free shipping on cues over 300 USD; other products are quoted individually with shipping included.

After payment, you receive confirmation and tracking once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Our logistics partners provide full tracking until delivery is completed.

Prices are listed in USD. We can quote in your local currency for reference, but final payment is processed in USD.

Buyers are responsible for local customs or import taxes. We always declare fair values and include official invoices to assist clearance.

We stock Cuetec Cynergy, JFlowers Tech, Cuelees Tyrant and Archimedes carbon shafts — all engineered for low deflection and consistency.

For pool, we mainly provide Cuelees and Lucasi Hybrid low-deflection wooden shafts. Snooker and heyball cues use A-grade ash for traditional feel and control.

Yes. Most cues include an adjustable weight-bolt system. Standard range 18.5 – 21 oz. Extra bolts can be purchased depending on the brand.

Available joints include Uni-Loc, Radial and 3/8-10. Shaft diameters 11.5 / 12.5 mm are standard. Tip choices include Kamui, Zan and LP Dream Tip (optional upgrade).

All payments and customer information are handled through Shopify's encrypted servers. Zhixin Billiards never sells or shares client data.
